Household Waste Recycling Centres are provided for householders to deposit and recycle household rubbish. Trade waste is not accepted at these centres. To ensure the exclusion of trade waste, certain vehicles are only permitted to use these sites subject to a permit scheme.

If you drive a van, pickup, flatbed or tow a twin axle trailer (up to 3 meters long) you will need to obtain a free permit in advance of your visit to any recycling centre.
