Where can I take my recycling?

You can take your household recycling to any Household Waste Recycling Centre or recycle point. Recycle points are often conveniently found at places that people tend to be visiting anyway (e.g. supermarkets and leisure centres). Follow the link to find out more about.

What should I do if I want to visit a recycling centre using a van, pickup, flatbed or with a twin axle trailer (up to 3 meters long)?

You will need to obtain a permit prior to visiting the recycling centre. Follow the link for more information on the Household Waste Recycling Centre permit scheme.

Is trade waste accepted at any Household Waste Recycling Centres?

No, Household Waste Recycling Centres are provided for householders to deposit and recycle household rubbish only. Traders must seek alternative disposal for their waste.
