Bokashi based composting is an excellent means of composting kitchen waste especially if space is limited and you're not the outdoors type. This type of composting uses small (usually less than 20 litre), airtight containers which can be handily stored in the kitchen.
What is bokashi?
Bokashi is a composting agent containing effective microbes (em). When added to food waste it reacts and speeds up the composting process while eliminating any odour. And like all other methods of home composting the result is a powerful organic composting which can be used to make your garden or household plants bloom.
