• Provide appropriately located waste treatment facilities and final disposal solutions
• Develop an efficient and seamless integrated service to people living, working and visiting Cumbria
• Provide high quality, waste collection services and facilities
• Ensure a satisfied, engaged and motivated public
• Demonstrate that waste impacts on resources and is a resource to be used
